Robert Withrow was born 10 February 1723 in Ulster, Ireland and died in Rutherford Co, NC.

He married Elizabeth Evans 13 March 1747 at the Old Sweden Church in Wilmington, DE. She was born 25 April 1730 in Ulster, Ireland.

Their children were:
